This vintage tetsubin (cast iron teapot) features a classic rounded form with a raised arare (hailstone) surface and a lotus-bud lid knob. Likely made in Iwate Prefecture, it reflects the traditional craft of Nambu ironware.

Slightly smaller than the standard size, it’s ideal for individual use or display. The upright handle and simple, balanced form make it a timeless piece of Japanese design.

Condition:  Very good vintage condition with light surface wear and patina.
