Nanbutetsu Cast Iron Bell

This sculptural bell was crafted in Iwate Prefecture using traditional Nanbutetsu cast iron techniques. Its bold, totemic form blends modern minimalism with references to ancient Japanese iconography. The small engraved face near the handle adds a quiet, charming detail, possibly a nod to folklore or protective symbolism.

Though abstract in shape, the piece functions as a bell. It works beautifully as both an object of ritual or meditation, and a sculptural accent in the home.
